Guided Full Moon Meditation

The Full Moon accentuates the intentions set during its waxing phase. Take time to reflect on what the full moon brings up for you. ​Full moon is the time to introspect let go of all that it not needed within us. Through out the month we carry many strong emotions within us. These emotions when not addressed to due to various reasons can eventually become suppressed emotions which can create havoc in our space: Anger, Rejection, Humiliation, Disappointment,  Sadness, Grief, Anxiety, Denial.

How does a full moon affect people?

The moon sends a lot of energy to the earth. It affects the water balance and the tides of the ocean (ebb and flood are caused by the moon). But our body also consists for a large part of water, which is influenced by the power of the moon.

What is a full moon meditation?

A full moon is a powerful time to meditate. Each full moon has a different energy and theme. This has to do with the position of the planets at that moment. During a full moon meditation you can tune in to your inner world and use the power of the moon to let go, reflect or manifest.
